LDH Management Consultants is a Consultant Firm that provide options for local Government agencies and the Private sector understanding of cutting the red tape. Our team also have years of understanding the Medical field, what goes right and what can be improved upon.<\/p>\n

The Firm is managed by Larry Hart, who has served in the Law Enforcement for twenty-two years, he rose through the ranks to become Chief of Police. We understand management of large agencies and working with partners to get things done. Larry will share his knowledge and assist you in building partnerships.<\/p>\n

We are aware of building strong community partnership in Law enforcement and the true term Community Policing. The firm has worked with Police Departments and community agencies including Public Housing over the years.<\/p>\n

Mr. Hart has served as an Elected Official for nearly 20 years before retiring and going back into the Consulting world. He believes in elected officials working together getting things done. He has work in moving legislative processes. He served on the team to get amendment 10 passed in Florida where all Constitutional Officers are elected by the people.<\/p>\n

LDH Management Partnered with M. Lea Herring-Hart as a Legal Nurse Consultant, with her many years of Experience in the Medical Field. She started her career in Fort Myers Florida in 1981 and later managing several operating rooms across Florida. She has a great understanding of what is right and what goes wrong in the field. She is available to review medical cases and provide her professional experience to legal teams across the state.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Identifying and solving clinical\/Technical problems planning and implementing perioperative nursing care at an advanced level.
